We are a family-owned collision and restoration company proudly owned and operated by Doug and Nic Averitt, a father-and-son team united by craftsmanship, perseverance, and a shared passion for cars.
Our Story
Doug Averitt began working in the automotive industry at just 10 years old, learning collision repair alongside his father. Over the years, Doug gained experience at a wide range of collision repair facilities, building a deep understanding of the industry from the ground up. Alongside his full-time work, he also completed restoration projects, refining his skills and attention to detail.
Doug's passion extended into motorsports, where he built roll cages and race car bodies for local short-track racing—work that demands precision, safety, and performance.
In 2020, Doug was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer. During this challenging time, he made a life-changing decision: to pursue his long-time goal of opening his own collision and restoration company. What began as a personal dream became a business rooted in determination, independence, and pride in quality workmanship.
A New Generation
Doug's oldest son, Nic Averitt, is a commercially licensed electrician who spent years building his own professional career. In 2024, Nic decided to come home and join the family business, learning his father's craft and sharing in his passion for automotive work. Together, Doug and Nic blend decades of hands-on experience with a fresh perspective and strong technical background.
